Travel plans can change. On Bali Day Trip does not charge a cancellation fee when you cancel our tour service at least one day before the tour start date. We ask guests to contact us as early as possible if their plans change, so we can update the arrangement.
How to Cancel or Change Your Tour
- Contact us directly through WhatsApp.
- Include the name used for the booking, tour date, and pickup details.
- Tell us whether you want to cancel or request a change.
- Wait for our confirmation that the request has been received.
Important Details
To qualify for free cancellation, please contact us to cancel at least one day before your tour is due to start. Cancellations made less than one day before the tour starts may not qualify for free cancellation; please contact us to confirm the applicable arrangement. Please tell us as soon as you can if you need to cancel or change your tour. Entrance tickets and optional activities are paid directly by the customer at the destination, rather than being included in our tour-service price. If you independently purchase a ticket or activity, any refund for that purchase is handled according to the provider’s own rules. On Bali Day Trip does not collect those separate ticket or activity payments.
